Version 1.5.0 of MatchPoint for Office 365 Workspaces and Provisioning has been released.

In this release we provide the possibility to create Microsoft Teams from "Group" type workspaces using either the Workspace approach by specifying a Microsoft Teams template or using the Provisioning service.

Teams template names can be configured in the Workspace Creation options (without using our Provisioning service)

Config management

Workspace types can now be searched and ordered in the "Manage" and "Create" user interfaces, improving the user experience when choosing between a lot of different config types.

  • Improve scrolling behavior within widgets.
  • Hide dropdown in searchbox when find on type is enabled.
  • Support row limit in Reach Data Providers.
  • Render a "not supported" message when using the Twitter Widget on Internet Explorer as Twitter does not support IE in its Widgets.
  • Some performance improvements related to the initial loading of the page.

Fixes

  • Megamenu doesn't hide hubsites navigation panel anymore in edit mode.

This is a silent release. But please note that in order for performance improvements to take affect, your hub.aspx must be created using version 6. To be sure we recommend following the last step from the major update documentation (recreate the hub.aspx).

The MatchPoint Governance Dashboard allows users to perform administrative tasks on SharePoint resources with ease.

The first Release of the MatchPoint Governance Dashboard provides functionality for Permission Governance. The permissions tab gives users an insightful overview of all permissions on SharePoint resources within a site.

  • Hero Widget: The width of the image in split mode can now be configured.
  • Add an entry to the global settings to access the JSON Editor (same as using ctrl + m).
  • SharePointSearchDataProvider: Considers "my" items in the view all URL.
  • Mobile navigation considers colors configured in the mega menu configuration.

Fixes

  • Fix bug where field names from the item expression were not parsed correctly.
  • Configs (global and user) can always be saved again.

  • Fixed a bug related to infinite scrolling, where too many items were loaded in the view all overlay
